Offered services
The field of activity of my office encompasses the making of market value (expert) opinions for developed and undeveloped real estate
at home and abroad including the consulting of investors, owners society etc. concerning real estate-economical decisions. In cooperation
with my highly qualified team (Diplom-Kaufmann, degreed engineer or architect) I furnish (expert) opinons according to approved national
and international procedures. The highly personal principles are the basis for my work. The main focus of my office rests on commercial
real estate investments at home and abroad. Moreover, we like to assume complex valuations or rather furnish competent market value (expert)
opinions for developed and undeveloped property with special difficulties. Furthermore, we furnish for banks lending value (expert) opinons
according to the Beleihungswertverordnung / ordinance for lending values. As a matter of course / naturally we also evaluate property of
private customers and privately used property.Our regional and national relations with other renowned offices enables in case of need /
if necessary the taking over of comprehensive portfolio evaluations. In line with our activity we evaluate different kinds of real estate.
In the German and European metropolises as well as worldwide in foreign countries we particularly evaluate office-buildings,
commercial buildings, logistics real estate as well as retail real estate (amongst others shopping malls), apartment houses and housing
areas complete the spectrum. In connection to this we're for example active in e. g. Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Romania, Canada and the USA.
On our regional market in Hamburg we also (mainly) evaluate privatley and mixed use property (amongst others mansions or rather classical
single-familiy and town houses and row houses as well as first-class freehold apartments). Our clients are capital investment companies of
open-ended real estate funds, banks and insurance companies, commercial enterprises and industrial concerns of various branches, lawyers,
chartered accountants, tax accountants, property managements or rather property associations, law courts as well as private persons.

Apart from the usual procedures (comparative value-, capitalised value- and asset value-procedure) we are specialised in the discounted
cash flow-procedure (dcf-procedure).
Consulting and competent (gutachterliche) valuation
(especially within the framework regarding decisions on sales and purchases)
Comments on (expert) opinions of a third party
(for example to consider carefully risks of litigation)
The payment for the delivered services depends on the fee table for market value (expert) opinions (fee structure for architects and engineers,
§ 34 paragraph 1 HOAI).
In individual cases a differing agreement regarding the payment is possible.
